How to Build Your System

Follow this sequence to design a system that works the first time.

Calculate Your Daily Power Consumption
List every device you need to power. Find the wattage (check the label or manual), multiply by hours of daily use, and total everything up in watt-hours (Wh). Add 25% as an efficiency buffer. This is your daily power demand.

Choose a Battery Station That Covers 2 Days
Your battery bank should hold at least 2 days of your calculated demand — because you won't always get full sun. If your daily demand is 2,000Wh, target a 4,000Wh system minimum. The EcoFlow Delta Pro (3,600Wh) is the starting point for most homes.

Size Your Solar Panel Array
Your panels need to fully recharge your battery in 4–6 peak sun hours per day. Divide your battery capacity by peak sun hours, then add 20% for real-world losses. A 3,600Wh battery needs roughly 700–900W of solar panels to recharge in one sunny day.
